Advances in the comprehension of nano-transport

The tutorial consists of two parts:

1) The world of nanophysics: a world of applications, nanostructures, nano-bio-sensoristics, present and future, spintronics, piezo-phototronics, tribo-phototronics, coupling effect among physical quantities, piezopotential and semiconductors.

2) The importance of carrier transport dynamics for a deep comprehension of mechanisms at nanolevel: after a general introduction, related to nano-phenomenology and theoretical modelling, interesting informations and results of a new analytical model for transport dynamics at nano-level are considered.
